The Bucharest Conference Papers, which address these topics, are the result of collaboration between the German Marshall Fund of the United States, Chatham House, and the Romanian Foreign Ministry, which have jointly endeavored in organizing the Bucharest Conference on the sidelines of the Bucharest NATO Summit.
